All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

 

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

 

Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

 

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Afthonia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at support@afthonia.store to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
